Quality Tuning (referred to herein as "The Company") and its wholly owned subsidiaries are committed to protecting the privacy of The Company users and the overall integrity of the internet. To that end, we are disclosing here any issues related to privacy in the collection by The Company of personally identifiable information from users of The Company

We have adopted a set of information management guidelines that serve as the basis for our customer and advertiser relationships. Guidelines are subject to change and any such changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page without notification.

What personally identifiable information do we collect about you?

We hope that you are satisfied with every product you buy from our store. Nevertheless, if you aren’t happy with something you bought or if there is some problem, we accept returns by mail.

Condition of the Package

- Please check the package upon arrival and note any visual damage before signing the delivery. You must inspect the packaging condition in front of the employee of the delivery company or of the post office. If the condition of the packaging is not good, we suggest that you write your complaint on the receipt.

Condition of the Product

- We accept new/unused and slightly used products.

Faulty Products

- If a product is faulty or damaged, please send us pictures of the defect within 3 days after receiving the product. We’ll send you a full money refund (together with the original shipping cost) using the same payment method within 14 business days after the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

Mistake by the Customer

- If you made a mistake during ordering, you can return the product back to us in the original packaging within 15 days from the purchase at your own cost. We’ll send you a full money refund using the same payment method within 7 days after the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

Product Replacement

- You may request a replacement of a product instead of a money refund. In such a case, please inform us.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be charged.

- Medium Packages (2-10 kg) -> TNT / UPS (2-7 days delivery)
- Big Packages (10 kg+) -> EMS (7 days delivery)

Warehouses: Cyprus / Greece. Most of our products are shipped directly from there.

 

Delivery Terms

Insurance

- FREE Insurance for all orders (for losses and damages caused by the courier company).

 

Important Notices

- Please always enter your telephone number before completion of your order because it is required by the courier services for smooth delivery. If you do not provide your telephone number, the delivery of your order might delay.

- All orders are shipped the next business day, provided that all products are available. Observe the availability status of each product in our website carefully.

- You can monitor the status and the tracking details of your orders from the orders list page after you login to our website.

- For urgent orders, please contact with us directly through email or telephone.

- If the delivery of your order is delayed for more than two (2) weeks, please contact us for further advice.

- If you cannot be there during delivery (although this is preferable), a person from your household can receive the package. If nobody is there for the delivery, you will receive a notice with further instructions by the courier company.
